If, after finishing all of your purchase order and
having used Organic Hope's 100% natural food supplements
as suggested, you are dissatisfied with your results,
simply send an e-mail with your purchase order confirmation
number and stating that you wish for a refund. NO
questions asked! No other guarantees or claims are
made regarding all of Organic Hope's products, implicit
or explicit. Please read the restrictions below.
RESTRICTIONS:
1) One month and two months trials are not covered by our guarantee. Three months and up complete treatments are covered by our guarantee.
2)
You must have completely finished
your supply of our products, used as suggested on
the label or as suggested by one of our medical consultants
and feel dissatisfied with your results. Not finishing
your complete supply or using our products in any
other way other than that suggested on the label or
by one of our medical consultants voids your money
back guarantee.
3) You must return the empty bottles to our
address as proof of use to be eligible for
your guarantee. If you wish to expedite your guarantee,
you can e-mail us your proof of mailing to guarantee@organichope.com.
Not returning proof of use may void your Money Back
Guarantee.
4) You must be up to date on your payments in order
for you Money Back Guarantee to be valid. Not being
up to date on your payments immediately voids your
Money Back Guarantee. Requesting your Money Back Guarantee
up to 60 days after your last up to date payment results
in a 100% refund. Requesting your Money Back Guarantee
after 60 days after your last up to date payment allows
for a 25% deduction. Requesting your Money Back Guarantee
after 90 days after your last up to date payment allows
for a 50% deduction. Requesting your Money Back Guarantee
after 120 days after your last up to date payment
allows for a 75% deduction. Requesting your Money
Back Guarantee after 150 days after your last up to
date payment voids your Money Back Guarantee.
5) Your money back guarantee excludes all shipping
and handling costs.
6) Your money back guarantee excludes banking
fees, late charges or any charges your bank may apply
for any and all the transactions refunding your credit
card may incur. A maximum of US$ 2.00 banking
fee may be charged by Organic Hope and does not include
banking fees, late charges or any charges your bank
may apply for any and all the transactions refunding
your credit card may incur.
7) Your refund will be made exclusively through your
credit card except in those cases where payment was
done through check or money order, in which case a
check refund will be made and part 5 of this guarantee
does not apply.
8) It takes a minimum of 30 days for your credit card
to be refunded or for check refunds to be made. Banking
fees, late charges or any charges your bank may apply
for any and all the transactions refunding your credit
card may incur, for and by, not refunding within 30
days are not included and Organic Hope may not be
held liable for these.
9) Refunds are processed 5 days after you have submitted your refund request. It may take one or two billing cycles in your credit card to appear on your credit card billing statement.
10) Cancellation of orders for reasons other than those
expressed on the money back guarantee and restrictions
of the money back guarantee voids your money back
guarantee. Cancelations may incurr in banking fees up to 5% of the total purchase order.
